The LoGIC project has embraced digital innovation to revolutionize project implementation and stakeholder engagement, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and impact at every level. By developing and implementing a range of advanced digital services and software solutions, the project has streamlined data management, enhanced communication, and improved decision-making processes. These tools, including comprehensive MIS systems, dynamic web platforms, mobile applications, and cloud-based management systems, enable real-time tracking, efficient resource utilization, and effective dissemination of knowledge. Together, these digital initiatives underscore the project’s commitment to leveraging technology to address complex challenges and foster meaningful engagement with stakeholders.
The LoGIC project has established the following digital technology solutions to significantly enhance project outcomes by leveraging the power of digital technologies:
- ATM – Adaptation Tracking and Monitoring
A cutting-edge mobile and tablet-based application designed to monitor the climate adaptation and resilience of 42,500 project beneficiaries. The system collects offline data and synchronizes it with a cloud-based server, enabling real-time tracking and visualization of progress through graphical dashboards across various indicators such as income, expenditure, food security, water and sanitation, and skills development.
- MIS
A robust and scalable MIS that manages extensive project-related data, including beneficiary profiles, ward census data, scheme details, youth data, and group information. The role-based access feature allows project staff to contribute data, monitor activities, and generate multi-level reports, empowering informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Dynamic web platforms
A comprehensive and interactive website, accessible at www.logicbd.org, serves as a communication hub for stakeholders. It facilitates sharing of project updates, success stories, events, and knowledge products, ensuring transparent and effective engagement with all stakeholders.
- Cloud-based project file management system
An efficient and secure system for storing, managing, and sharing project-related documents, maps, images, and reports. This digital solution enhances accessibility, supports remote collaboration, and fosters greater transparency in project operations.
- Societal Digital Transformation: supporting the development of inclusive, ethical and sustainable digital societies, e.g., digital policy advice or digital assessments.
LoGIC project has opened online-based bank accounts for all 42,500 project beneficiaries for ensuring financial inclusion, transparency, and digital transformation. The project has taken initiative for opening mobile wallet for all 42,500 project beneficiaries which will help them to evolve more on digital financial inclusion and digital transformation.
- Cooperatives Management Software:
The LoGIC project has developed a comprehensive software solution to manage and monitor 247 registered cooperatives operating across seven districts (Khulna, Bagerhat, Bhola, Barguna, Patuakhali, Kurigram, and Sunamganj) through a centralized platform, ensuring streamlined administration and oversight. This system supports an SMS-based notification service that keeps 42,500 cooperative members informed with real-time updates, fostering effective communication and engagement. Additionally, it provides robust management capabilities for handling programmatic, financial, and business activities, significantly enhancing operational efficiency and empowering cooperatives with tools to drive growth and sustainability.
These innovative digital solutions reflect the LoGIC project’s dedication to utilizing technology to maximize efficiency, improve stakeholder communication, and achieve sustainable outcomes.42
